Working Hours: 6 Hours (5 active work hours + 1 hour lunch break)
Salary: AED 6000/- without NAFIS
Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls on time and friendly manner.
- Schedule orders as per the customer’s request.
- Evaluate escalations and complaints of the callers and provide proper solutions.
- Boost customer loyalty by offering a proper experience over the phone.
- Handle emails and respond within 24 hours SLA.
- Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized service
