Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of Wio. You’ll help our customers navigate their financial journeys, solve problems with empathy and precision, and deliver experiences.

What You’ll Responsible For
  • Engage with customers via chat, phone, and email to resolve inquiries and provide guidance.
  • Be a Wio expert — understand our products, features, and ecosystem to offer tailored support.
  • Champion customer experience by identifying opportunities to simplify and improve our services.
  • Collaborate with teams across Wio to ensure customer feedback drives continuous improvement.
  • Meet and exceed performance goals around response times, quality, and satisfaction.
  • Stay curious — keep up with new features, policies, and fintech trends to always be one step ahead.
What Are We Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in fintech, banking, or digital platforms.
  • Strong communication skills — you’re clear, friendly, and know how to make complex things simple.
  • A problem‑solving mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Tech‑savvy — comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and omnichannel communication platforms.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus!).
  • A genuine passion for helping people and a belief that banking can be smarter, faster, and more human.
