Whatyou will do in this role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations.
- Provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding our client's product or services and will interface with their customers via phone, email, chat or social media depending upon the client requirements.
- Develop your tech skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives.
- Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related field.
- Are proficient or bilingual in Arabic and English.
- Are proactive, self‑motivated, and solution‑oriented.
- Can work rotating and weekend shifts.
