What

you will do in this role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
  • Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations.
  • Provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding our client's product or services and will interface with their customers via phone, email, chat or social media depending upon the client requirements.
  • Develop your tech skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives.
  • Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients.
