We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Support Officer Demand Creation with strong communication skills and solid Call Center experience. The role requires rigorous follow-ups with field teams and customers to support payment collections, renewals, and new customer acquisition in order to achieve monthly targets.

• Conduct consistent and rigorous follow-ups with field teams and customers
• Follow up on payments and renewals to ensure timely collections
• Reach out to potential and existing customers to generate new business opportunities
• Support the achievement of monthly sales and collection targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow

Proven experience in Call Center / Tele-Sales / Customer Service Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong follow-up and persuasion abilities Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and time management skills

• Diploma in any relevant field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in Call Center, Tele-Sales, or Customer Service.
