A premium performance and recovery club, combining high-performance training, recovery suites, and community under one roof. Our front-of-house team plays a critical role in delivering a seamless, high-quality member experience every day.
The RoleAs a Lead Client Specialist, you ll be the on-floor leader of our front-of-house team — setting the tone for service, professionalism, and member care. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, team support, and consistency rather than office-based management. Youll work closely with coaches, facilities, and operations to ensure members feel welcomed, supported, and looked after from arrival to departure.
This role offers a clear pathway into broader responsibility for the right person.
- Lead by example on the front desk and recovery floor, delivering premium service daily
- Support, train, and guide Client Specialists to uphold service and brand standards
- Oversee daily FOH operations, including:
- Member check-in and support
- Recovery suite scheduling and coordination
- Basic sales and membership enquiries
- Ensure smooth handoffs between FOH, coaching, and facilities teams
- Support launches, events, and community activations
- Maintain high standards of presentation, organisation, and member communication
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality, fitness, or wellness
- Strong customer service mindset with natural leadership presence
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic a plus)
- Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Experience in premium hospitality or boutique fitness environments
- Basic sales or CRM system experience
- First Aid certification (or willingness to complete training)
