Are you customer-focused and passionate about delivering exceptional after-sales service? We are looking for a professional Service Advisor to ensure customers receive the highest level of service and an outstanding dealership experience. This role is key to achieving workshop targets, improving CSI results, and building long-term customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Perform accurate write-ups of pre-orders and DMS job cards, capturing complete customer and vehicle information.
- Record notes, comments, and markings on pre-orders, highlighting any damages or missing items.
- Obtain customer signatures on job cards prior to work commencement.
- Coordinate with the Foreman to assess required work and prepare job cards accordingly.
- Maintain regular follow-up communication with customers and keep them informed on vehicle status.
- Keep WIP reports updated on a regular basis.
- Support Service Joiner Advisor wherever required to ensure smooth service operations.
- Conduct preliminary evaluations on warranty coverage versus customer-paid repairs.
- Obtain prior customer approvals for repairs and maintain proper approval records.
- Review customer service history to identify repeat concerns or previously addressed issues.
- Advise customers on required services and overall vehicle performance.
- Coordinate with Customer Relations (After Sales) to effectively resolve customer complaints.
- Achieve assigned KPIs, including Labour and Parts sales, CSI results, online training completion, and WIP compliance.
- Maintain a professional attitude, appearance, and organized work area at all times.
- Safeguard company assets and strictly adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or Diploma.
- Certification: Relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar Service Advisor role.
- License: Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Skills & Abilities: Fluency in English is essential;
Arabic is preferred. Strong automotive technical knowledge with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build customer rapport, encourage retention, and support brand loyalty. Computer literate with experience in DMS systems. Telephone and computer handling skills required.
