This contract position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support, contributing directly to the foundation’s mission of sustainable community development.## Company Overview Emirates Foundation, launched on 12 April 2005 as an initiative of UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, is a national organization chaired by His Highness Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
It is dedicated to facilitating public-private funded initiatives to unite social responsibility across the UAE by implementing research-based programs. Key Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in both Arabic and English.
* Provide accurate, clear, and comprehensive information about Emirates Foundation’s programs and initiatives.
* Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.## Requirements
* Exceptional fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a busy call centre or customer service environment.
* Strong active listening, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and effectively resolve complex issues.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and maintain a positive attitude.## Benefits
