Abreco Freight, a leading logistics and freight forwarding company in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in freight forwarding and client coordination.
Job Title:Customer Service Executive.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to manage shipments via air, sea, and land
- Handle shipment documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Maintain strong communication with clients and logistics partners
- Track and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely completion
- 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding
- Previous experience in Abu Dhabi is preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
