, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join its growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are strong in communication, coordination, and client handling.

Job Overview:The selected candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and high service satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Manage scheduling and appointment arrangements
- Follow up with clients to ensure service quality and satisfaction
- Maintain records and updates using MS Office tools.
- Currently based in the UAE
- Arab nationality required
- Immediate availability to join
- Fluent in English
- High school diploma or higher
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
