ROLE SUMMARY

Associate - Seller Support is responsible for providing assistance and support to sellers operating on the marketplace platform. The primary objective is to ensure a seamless selling experience and optimize order fulfillment by addressing seller inquiries, managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and resolving issues.

ROLE PROFILE
  • Provide timely and comprehensive assistance to sellers via various communication channels (e.g., email, phone, chat) regarding account setup, product listing, order management, payment issues, and general inquiries.
  • Help sellers with setting up accounts, listing products, managing orders, handling payments, and answering questions through email, phone, or chat.
  • Educate sellers on platform policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize their selling experience, including guidelines for product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Teach sellers about the rules and best ways to use the platform, like how to list products, set prices, and run promotions.
  • Investigate and resolve seller concerns, complaints, and disputes effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution and satisfactory outcome for both the seller and the customer.
  • Investigate and solve any problems or disputes that sellers have, making sure both the seller and the customer are happy with the outcome.
  • Manage any problems or questions that come up with regular tasks.
  • Figure out why problems happen and suggest ways to fix them (Root Cause Analysis).
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business Administration or other relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Seller Support, Customer Support, Operations or Seller Experience.
  • Strong self‑motivation, and capacity to “learn on the fly” new tasks, adjust and adapt in a fast‑paced work environment.
  • Excellent and effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.
  • Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to SLA, quality & productivity.
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders.
