- Deliver accurate and timely customer service while ensuring compliance with bank policies
- Handle account opening, product onboarding, and after-sales service requests
- Promote and cross-sell banking products to new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Generate leads through walk-in clients, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Achieve service KPIs including NPS, complaint resolution, and turnaround times
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and escalate when required
- Educate customers on digital banking channels and self-service options
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
- Maintain proactive communication to build long-term customer relationships
- Meet service quality benchmarks including mystery shopping scores and SLA targets
- Ensure timely resolution of complaints and service requests
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional engagement
- Support continuous improvement in service delivery standards
- Build strong customer relationships through regular interaction and follow-ups
- Provide clear product information and ensure customer understanding
- Encourage product upgrades and enhance portfolio value
- Support branch sales targets and revenue growth initiatives
- Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and internal policies
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and documentation

- High school diploma or higher education in business or finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking customer service or sales
