Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver accurate and timely customer service while ensuring compliance with bank policies
  • Handle account opening, product onboarding, and after-sales service requests
  • Promote and cross-sell banking products to new and existing customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
  • Generate leads through walk-in clients, referrals, and proactive outreach
  • Achieve service KPIs including NPS, complaint resolution, and turnaround times
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and escalate when required
  • Educate customers on digital banking channels and self-service options
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
  • Maintain proactive communication to build long-term customer relationships
Service Excellence and KPI Delivery
  • Meet service quality benchmarks including mystery shopping scores and SLA targets
  • Ensure timely resolution of complaints and service requests
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional engagement
  • Support continuous improvement in service delivery standards
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build strong customer relationships through regular interaction and follow-ups
  • Provide clear product information and ensure customer understanding
  • Encourage product upgrades and enhance portfolio value
  • Support branch sales targets and revenue growth initiatives
Operational Discipline and Compliance
  • Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and internal policies
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and documentation
  • Follow information security guidelines and maintain confidentiality
  • Participate in mandatory compliance and operational training
Ideal Profile
  • High school diploma or higher education in business or finance
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banking customer service or sales
  • Good understanding of banking products and services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet sales and service targets
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
