Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Call Center Specialist role located in Abudhabi. The Call Center Specialist will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, address inquiries, and resolve complaints, ensuring a superior customer service experience.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer communication, assisting with order-related queries, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. A professional attitude, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks, is key to excelling in this position.
Qualifications- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries and deliver effective solutions.
- 2-3 years call center experience is mandatory.
- Strong Communication skills to interact professionally with customers via calls, email, and other communication channels.
- Proficiency in Contact Centers operations and experience handling customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated Computer Literacy, including familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other digital tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Arabic, is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is advantageous.
- A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
