We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Cashier (Arabic Speaker) to join a family entertainment and children's activity center in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, assisting visitors with inquiries, and ensuring smooth front-desk and cashier operations. The candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English and enjoy working in a dynamic environment with children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Process cash, credit card, and electronic payments accurately.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and vouchers as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and cash balances.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, packages, promotions, and facility rules.
  • Handle customer concerns and elevate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure the cashier area is organized, clean, and presentable always.
  • Support front-desk operations, including customer registration and booking assistance.
  • Reconcile cash drawers and prepare end-of-day reports.

    Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Promote memberships, special offers, and activities when appropriate.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and cash-handling standards.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience as a Cashier, Front Desk Representative, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
  • Experience in entertainment centers, retail, hospitality, leisure facilities, or family-oriented environments is an advantage.
  • Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
