What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative you will review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations. You will provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding our client’s product or services and will interface with their customers via phone, email, chat, or social media depending upon the client requirements. You will develop your tech skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives.

You will champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related field.
  • Proficient or bilingual in Arabic and English.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and solution‑oriented.
  • Can work rotating and weekend shifts.
