Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible to be the ambassador for the aftersales department, rendering quality service by facilitating the function of the Service Centre to ensure a high level of Customer Satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities- Effectively receives customers, fully observing NSSW standards on all aspects, from vehicle receiving until vehicle delivery.
- Secure needed vehicle information and documents from customer, especially Warranty booklet during the first service. Verify the vehicle and customer details and update on the system, especially for the vehicles coming for the first time, i.e., for first service.
- Prepare all the necessary documentation as per AS-DOS standards.
- Discuss and get the consent of the customer for the needed repair/service including the charges and the expected work completion.
- Coordinate with the Job Controller for appropriate workshop loading, to avoid delays.
- Follow up the work progress, and in case additional job(s) arise, consult the customer and get their approval before proceeding. Keep the customer updated/informed for any changes/delays or variations from the initial agreement.
- Once the work is completed, verify that all the customer requests were done and records were completed. If so, inform the customer and set for the delivery appointment.
- Update/record all the necessary information in Autoline.
- Explain clearly the charges and all the work carried out during vehicle delivery.
- Follow up with a call to build a long‑term relationship with customers.
- Maintain a high level of quality interaction with customers at each step of the role.
- Ensure 5S Implementation.
- Maintain harmonious relationships among staff and strive to work towards the attainment of the department's objectives.
- Report to/consult the immediate supervisor or the Service Manager for any untoward incident or problem that further needs a managerial decision.
- Undertake additional responsibility as required.
- 2 to 5 years in a related field/role.
- Proven ability to work independently and with others.
- Able to manage complex human relationships and culturally sensitive.
- MS Office skills.
- Professional certification (preferred).
