This is a full-time, on-site position located in Abu Dhabi for a Customer Service Position.
Qualifications- Diploma or Equivalent Qualification
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Fluent English - Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints professionally.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, Whats App Business, POS systems)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during holidays and peak seasons, with flexibility in working hours and shifts.
- Attention to detail when taking orders and processing customer requests.
- Previous customer service, reception, retail, or flower industry experience is an advantage.
