Guest Relations Executive

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring high standards of customer service, assisting guests with their inquiries, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations within the pharmacy environment. • Welcome and assist customers, patients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding pharmacy services and direct customers as required.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback efficiently.
• Maintain a positive customer experience and ensure high service standards.
• Coordinate with pharmacy staff to support seamless customer interactions.
• Assist in managing guest relations activities and service-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company customer service policies and procedures.
• Support daily operational activities as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a pharmacy setting within the UAE.
• Candidates must currently be residing in the UAE.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
