Ahalia Pharmacies is seeking experienced Guest Relations Executives to join its customer service team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building positive relationships with patients and visitors.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring high standards of customer service, assisting guests with their inquiries, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations within the pharmacy environment. Candidates with strong communication skills and relevant UAE pharmacy experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers, patients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding pharmacy services and direct customers as required.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive customer experience and ensure high service standards.
  • Coordinate with pharmacy staff to support seamless customer interactions.
  • Assist in managing guest relations activities and service-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company customer service policies and procedures.
  • Support daily operational activities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a pharmacy setting within the UAE.
  • Candidates must currently be residing in the UAE.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Customer service and guest relations practices
    • Pharmacy environment operations
    • Professional communication and problem-solving techniques
  • Estimated
