Our travel division handles bookings, packages, and bespoke arrangements for a membership base that expects flawless execution.
We are hiring a Reservations Agent to own the booking journey from inquiry to confirmation.
The RoleYou'll be the engine behind every confirmed booking—handling member and client requests, securing the right rates, building clean quotations, and making sure no detail slips between inquiry and check‑in.
What you’ll do- Handle inbound booking requests for hotels, travel packages, and tailored itineraries
- Check availability with hotel partners, DMCs, and suppliers across the UAE, GCC, and international destinations
- Prepare accurate quotations and present options that match member preferences and budgets
- Confirm reservations, issue vouchers, and manage amendments or cancellations cleanly
- Follow up on pending inquiries until they convert or close
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues, secure upgrades, and protect the member experience
- Maintain booking records and update the CRM with every interaction
- 2–3 years in a travel agency, tour operator, hotel reservations, or DMC role
- Working knowledge of hotel booking platforms, GDS systems, or B2B travel portals (Travco, Web Beds, Hotelbeds, )
- Strong customer service instincts and professional phone/email manner
- Sharp follow‑up discipline—you don't let a quote go cold
- Solid computer skills (Excel, email, CRM); fast and accurate with details
- Calm under pressure with the ability to juggle multiple bookings without dropping the ball
- Bilingual (Arabic/English) strongly preferred
- GCC market experience and familiarity with UAE hotel inventory is a bonus
- No specific degree required. Relevant experience and a track record of clean bookings matter most
- UAE based or willing to relocate; valid UAE residency preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
- Competitive salary: AED 3,500 – 4,500/month based on experience
- Medical insurance and UAE visa
- Annual leave and ticket allowance per UAE Labour Law
- Travel industry exposure. Work with a wide network of hotels, DMCs, and suppliers across the GCC and internationally
- Membership perks and access to in‑house travel and lifestyle benefits
- Modern office in Abu Dhabi with a fast‑moving, supportive team
- Clear path to grow into senior reservations, account management, or product roles
