Concierge

As a Concierge Specialist you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. You will be the first point of contact for guests, assisting them with any inquiries or requests. Duties include making reservations, arranging transportation, and recommending local attractions and activities.

Salary: $1100 per month.

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check‑in process.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, tours, or other activities.
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Serve as a liaison between guests and hotel staff.
• Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the city.
• Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Assist with luggage handling as needed.

• Indian nationality preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Contract job with potential for extension.
• No prior experience required; prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
