Customer Service Representative; UAE National

Job Purpose

Managing all the rental activities at the rental location and performing the tasks as per the guidelines of the management.

• Provide customers with the best rental experience by adopting the best market practices.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and optimize the utilization of vehicles.
• Liaise with various departments to ensure that vehicles are available on time and provide a seamless transaction for customers.
• Offer short‑term rentals (daily, weekly, monthly) strictly following company guidelines.
• Collect outstanding payments from customers, including all rental and non‑rental charges.
• Comply with rental procedures such as check‑out, check‑in, and adherence to proper documentation policy.
• Close the register and keep records as per the audit report.
• Manage KPIs to ensure satisfactory CPI results.
• Attend to customer requests and ensure vehicles are delivered within stipulated time commitments.
• Coordinate with the distribution cell to deliver vehicles to customers.
• Work with the service scheduler and workshops to handle service requests, accidents, breakdowns, and repairs.
• Handle customer complaints with a positive approach and provide permanent solutions.
• Enter customer and vehicle details into the company system and the Police System (DPDS, TARS).
• Handle branch register closing and variance clearance.
• Execute inbound business from travel agents and other brokers as per bookings received.
• Adopt and enhance new digital features to meet current market situations.
• Improve workshop business by coordinating with service advisors using new sales techniques.

Graduate.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Possess a pleasing personality and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be resilient and able to manage difficult situations.
• Be a team player.
