Senior Officer – Licensing
Senior Officer Licensing is responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of online licensing, permits and NOC applications within the Licensing Division. This role involves detailed review of applications, document verification, system troubleshooting, data management, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities:
Application Processing:
- Conduct thorough reviews of online applications for various ADM service like Marine craft and Vessels and other related services.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of uploaded information and documents.
- Identify and address any discrepancies or missing information within applications.
- Build strong customer relationships through clear and effective communication regarding application status, requirements, and necessary actions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Actively listen to customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
Communication and Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings or virtual interactions with customers as needed to gather information, address concerns, and build trust.
- Work closely with Senior Manager of Licensing and Senior Licensing Specialists to address complex cases or requests, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
System Management:
- Collaborate with IT support to resolve technical issues affecting both customer and employee portals and other IT requirements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the licensing system and its functionalities.
Data Management:
- Accurately enter and update fine/violation information into the designated portal.
- Generate and maintain comprehensive statistics related to Licensing Division services.
Educational and Technical
Qualifications:
High school diploma with Basic computer skills.
Language
Skills:
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Years of
Experience:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, or a high school diploma holder with a minimum of 3-year experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
Nature of
Experience:
Willingness to learn about the maritime or licensing field.
