Al-Futtaim is looking for a Shopping Experience Representative in Abu Dhabi to enhance customer satisfaction at the Info desk. Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions efficiently, handling complaints, and ensuring smooth operation of the Returns & Exchange desk.
The successful candidate will have a High School diploma and at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, along with excellent communication skills in English and preferably Arabic.
