Job DescriptionJob purpose
Managing all the rental activities at the rental location and performing the tasks as per the guidelines of the management.
Job responsibilities:
- To provide all customers the best rental experience by adopting the best market practices.
- To consistently achieve the Sales Targets by striving hard to optimize the utilization of vehicles.
- To liaise with the various depts. to ensure that the vehicles are available on time, to provide the customers a seamless transaction.
- To provide the best customer service that would improve the brand image and enhance the loyalty of our customers.
- Providing Short Term Rentals to customers for Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis by strictly following the company’s guidelines without compromise.
- Collection of outstanding payments from the customers which includes all the rental and non-rental charges.
- To comply with the rental procedures such as check out and check in by adhering to the proper documentation policy.
- Closing the register and keeping a measure as per the audit report.
- Customer Satisfaction Index – To manage all the KPIs well to ensure good CPI results. (All parameters excluding GCRM points average). To always strive to achieve the best score.
- Responsible for attending to customers’ various requests and to ensure that the vehicles are delivered to customers within the stipulated time that has been committed, by coordinating with the distribution cell.
- Liaising with the Service Scheduler to take care of customers’ service requests for all type of services such as accidents, breakdown, repairs etc. as and when required.
- Liaising with the respective workshops to get vehicles serviced/repaired on time and to improve TAT as and when required.
- Handling customer complaints with a positive approach and come up with a permanent solution.
- Entering Customers details and other relevant details in the company’s system and to simultaneously enter it in the Police System (DPDS & TARS ).
- Handling branch register (closing and variance clearance)
- Executing inbound business from travel agents and other brokers as per the booking received.
- Adopting and enhance new digital features as per current market situations.
- Improve workshop business by coordinating with service advisors with new sales techniques.
- Graduate
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- To possess a pleasing personality and good communication and inter-personal skills.
- To be resilient and able to manage difficult situations.
