Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 + Monthly Incentives
Our client is looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Automotive Reception Manager / Customer Relationship Manager to join a leading automotive service centre group in Abu Dhabi, UAE
.
If you have a strong background in automotive customer service operations, service reception, and team leadership within the UAE/GCC market, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Manage daily reception and customer service operations
- Lead and supervise reception and service advisor teams
- Coordinate service bookings and vehicle delivery processes
- Handle customer concerns and maintain high CSI scores
- Liaise with workshop, parts, and warranty departments
- Maintain CRM/DMS records and operational reporting
- Promote value-added services and customer retention initiatives
- 4–6 years’ experience in Automotive Reception / Customer Service within UAE/GCC
- Previous experience in an Automotive Dealership or Service Centre preferred
- Team management and leadership experience
- Strong customer relationship management and complaint resolution skills
- Experience in Service Reception, Repair Orders, Scheduling & Workshop Coordination
- Experience using DMS / CRM systems is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English
