This is a full-time on‑site Reservations Officer role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
- The Reservations Officer will handle booking inquiries, manage reservations systems, assist customers with travel details, process airline ticketing requests, and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
- Additional responsibilities include coordinating with team members and supporting marketing/sales‑related activities to meet customer needs effectively.
- Experience in reservations and booking systems is an advantage.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Sales skills and the ability to upsell services.
- Knowledge of airline ticketing is preferred.
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
- Travel and hospitality experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Native Arabic speaker is required.
