Accor Hotels Middle East is seeking a Guest Service Agent to welcome guests and ensure a memorable stay from arrival through departure. You will manage front desk tasks, including reception, check-in/out, cashiering, and foreign exchange, while delivering high-quality service.
Assist guests with inquiries, maintain accurate cash reporting, and build friendly relationships to foster loyalty. Fluent English and Arabic, plus Opera PMS experience, are essential for success.
