Customer Service Executive
Champs Sports Club is currently hiring a Customer Service Executive to join its team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for customer service professionals with experience in the fitness and sports industry who are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
The role focuses on managing customer interactions, handling inquiries, and ensuring high-quality service standards for club members within a professional sports and wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support and maintain positive client relationships
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Assist members with club services, promotions, and offerings
- Maintain strong knowledge of fitness programs and club facilities
- Ensure a high standard of customer experience at all times.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar customer service role
- Experience in the fitness or sports industry is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly personality
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
