The National Health Insurance Company (Daman) is actively hiring Bilingual Call Center Representatives to handle policyholder inquiries and manage medical approval requests across the UAE.
Core Responsibilities- Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients and hospitals regarding policy limits, co-payments, and network coverage.
- De-escalate tense situations with frustrated customers who are experiencing delays in medical approvals.
- Log detailed and highly accurate patient interaction notes into the central corporate CRM system.
- Strictly follow Department of Health (DOH) regulations regarding patient data privacy and confidentiality.
- Language:
Native-level fluency in Arabic and excellent spoken English are strictly required. - Visa:
Valid UAE residency with a clear NOC or active cancellation paper for immediate labor transfer. - Skills:
High-speed data entry and previous experience in a fast-paced customer support environment.
- Salary: 4,500 - 6,000 AED monthly base, depending on language proficiency and experience.
