Novotel Abu Dhabi is seeking a Customer Service professional to join our front desk/switchboard team. You will answer calls, direct them to departments, and provide information about services and local attractions.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and be fluent in Arabic and English. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, and you should handle multiple tasks calmly under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.
