Responsibilities
- Individual customer assisted onboarding and referral
- Business customer onboarding support for walk‑ins
- Experience Center operationalization
- Grow volume and value of transactions at the Experience centres
- Upsell and cross‑sell all products and services to walk‑ins
- Perform daily float reconciliations for each point of service
- Provide customer service support
- Interact with customers in a professional, courteous and empathetic manner, actively listening to their concerns, inquiries and feedback
- Present our product in a convincing manner
- Address customer inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and effectively
- Escalate walk‑in customer issues and follow through for timely resolutions
- Track and evaluate performance; review progress on actual vs target per KPI per POS
- Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Collaborate with Service Ambassadors and cross‑functional teams such as sales, technical support and back‑office operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Report daily updates to the line manager about activities of the day while recording major customer issues
- Previous experience in cashiering or financial services in sales (UAE or home country experience accepted)
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
