• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and pricing for logistics services.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to support conversion into business.
• Coordinate onboarding of new clients including documentation and system setup.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution.
• Provide timely updates on shipment status, delays, and service changes.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalates when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.

• Liaise with operations, transport, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Coordinate bookings, documentation, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure accuracy of shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork where applicable.
• In-depth knowledge about import/export by sea and air freight.
• Knowledge about international freight costing and quotations and coordination with clients.
• Ability to negotiate with local and international agents.
• Strong communication, convincing and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Should be pro‑active, attention to detail and accuracy.
