The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of employee benefits policies, with a primary focus on policy endorsements, invoicing and client servicing. Working closely with clients, insurers and third-party administrators (TPAs), the position ensures the accurate and timely processing of policy changes, invoice management and regulatory compliance, while delivering a high standard of customer service. The role also supports client relationship management by resolving queries, coordinating requests and maintaining effective communication throughout the policy lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Coordinate daily operations within the medical department in overseeing clients assigned to you from the endorsement and invoicing point of view.
- Handle escalations, that is all customer issues and complaints and work towards satisfactory resolutions while maintaining professionalism and adherence to company policies.
- Guiding clients through the application and enrollment process, ensuring accurate information is provided for policy issuance, and timely issuance of invoices.
- Engage with clients regularly to provide updates and address inquiries related to coverage and regulatory requirement, from an endorsement and invoicing point of view.
- Ensure all invoices are accurately recorded and booked into the accounting system.
- Assisting with policy upgrades, changes, or cancellations based on client requests or evolving needs.
- Keeping track on the development of each transaction/request.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all policy-endorsement related concerns, with client, insurers and TPA's where required.
- Establishing trust by demonstrating expertise, transparency, and reliability in all client interactions.
- Stay updated on changes in laws affecting employee benefits and adjust processes accordingly.
- Engage in training being delivered by insurers/TPA's as and when organized by the placement and operations team leader in relevance to the job responsibilities.
- Resolving client grievances or issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory/ compliance requirements.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in handling Employee Benefits Insurance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of billing and regulations in the UAE.
- Proficiency in operational management software.
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
