• Understand customers’ travel requirements and recommend suitable travel-related solutions.
• Arrange and confirm flights, hotels, transfers, travel insurance, and other travel services.
• Prepare customised itineraries and provide accurate quotations.
• Process reservations, ticketing, reissuances, cancellations, and refunds.
• Advise customers on destinations, visa requirements, travel regulations, and fare conditions.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide support before, during, and after travel.
• Maintain accurate booking records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to achieving sales and service targets.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar reservations and ticketing role.
• Hands-on experience using a Global Distribution System, such as Amadeus or Sabre, is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of airline reservations, fares, ticketing, and travel documentation.
• Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bookings.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
