- Handle high-volume calls and emails while maintaining professionalism demonstrating resilience under pressure
- Train and mentor new team members sharing best practices to foster a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service skills and stay aligned with company goals
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business or communications is preferred. Strong teamwork orientation, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse groups and departments.
