Hiring:
Customer Service Agent
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 4,500–5,500/month
Work: On-site | Rotational Shifts
Requirements:
- Fluent Arabic & English required
- Hindi/Urdu is an advantage
- Customer service/call center experience preferred
- Experience in logistics, delivery, mobility, or e-commerce is an advantage
- Good communication, complaint-handling, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer/CRM skills
Working
Schedule:
- 6 days/week
- 1 rotational day off
- 8 working hours/day + 1-hour break
- Rotating shifts based on business requirements
- May include evenings, weekends, and public holidays
