The St. Regis Abu Dhabi is seeking a Butler Service Desk Agent to provide prompt, warm guest service from the Nation Tower location in Abu Dhabi.
You will be the primary contact for telephone inquiries, coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments, and uphold the high standards of Marriott Bonvoy. This non-management, full-time role demands excellent communication, organisational skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, with at least one year in hospitality.
