Cashier, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Job Description:

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused with strong numerical and communication skills?

Join Ali & Sons as a Cashier, where youll be responsible for handling customer payments, processing transactions accurately, maintaining financial records, and providing professional service to customers.

• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
• Issue receipts, invoices, and payment-related documents.
• Verify payment details and ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
• Maintain accurate daily cash and payment records.
• Perform daily cash and payment reconciliation.
• Handle customer inquiries related to payments and invoices.
• Coordinate with the Finance and Accounts teams when required.
• Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and financial transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
• Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all cashiering activities.
• Perform other duties related to the Cashier position as required.

To ensure accurate, efficient, and professional handling of customer payments while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance with company financial procedures.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar role, preferably within the automotive, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Education:
  
  High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Languages:
  
  Fluency in English is essential. Arabic is an advantage.
• Skills:
  
  Strong numerical, communication, and customer service skills.
• Software
  
  Skills:
  
  Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and general computer literacy.
• Personal Attributes:
  Honest, reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash Handling:
  Strong attention to accuracy and responsibility when handling cash and financial transactions.
