Join Ali & Sons as a Receptionist – Volkswagen Abu Dhabi

Are you a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills?

Join Ali & Sons Volkswagen Abu Dhabi as a Receptionist, where youll be the first point of contact for our valued customers and visitors. In this role, youll help create an exceptional first impression while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the dealerships front office.

• Welcome customers and visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
• Manage incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and reflects Volkswagens professional brand standards.
• Coordinate customer appointments and support communication between departments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and general correspondence.
• Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Assist customers with general inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout their visit.
• Support the dealership team with additional administrative duties as required.

To deliver an outstanding customer experience by providing professional front desk services, ensuring efficient communication, and supporting the daily administrative operations of the Volkswagen Abu Dhabi dealership.

• Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative role, preferably within the automotive, hospitality, or retail industry.
• Education: High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential. Arabic is an advantage.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
