Rental Sales Agent

The Rental Sales Agent at AVIS aims to exceed customer expectations by delivering outstanding service and building customer loyalty. This role involves using sales techniques, managing customer inquiries, coordinating vehicle logistics, and maintaining accurate documentation, with a focus on utilizing technology to enhance the rental experience.

• Offer value-added products and services to enhance the customer experience and maximize rental revenues.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets through post-rental surveys and proactive follow-up.
• Complete the rental process by adhering to AVIS procedures and providing accurate, timely information to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints by collaborating with onsite and offsite teams to prevent reoccurrences.
• Manage reservations and follow up with customers regarding inquiries or issues.
• Coordinate with fleet and other stations to arrange vehicles, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and meet AVIS standards.
• Maintain and update rental agreement files and documentation, using rental management systems to facilitate check-in/check-out activities and report generation.
• Schedule daily tasks for drivers to ensure timely vehicle delivery and pick-up, optimizing human resource utilization.
• Maintain daily business reports (D ), handle petty cash, and perform banking tasks to reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the rental office area and sustain a positive work environment.
• Conduct vehicle inspections during check-out and check-in procedures.
• Perform additional duties related to company activities as assigned by management.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the automotive or rental industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
