- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, and pricing for logistics services.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to support conversion into business.
- Coordinate onboarding of new clients, including documentation and system setup.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution.
- Provide timely updates on shipment status, delays, and service changes.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalat...e when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Liaise with operations, transport, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Coordinate bookings, documentation, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure accuracy of shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork where applicable.
- In-depth knowledge about import/export by sea and air freight.
- Knowledge about international freight costing and quotations and co-ordination with clients.
- Ability to negotiate with local and international agents.
- Strong communication, convincing and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Should be pro-active, attention to detail and accuracy.
