Member Experience Executive

We're looking for a passionate Member Experience Executive to deliver exceptional customer experiences and help drive member retention at Fitn Glam.

• Welcome and assist members with professionalism and care
• Handle account queries, scheduling, and service requests promptly
• Build strong relationships through in-club, phone, and email outreach
• Recommend programs, products, and services tailored to member needs
• Gather feedback to improve the member journey and elevate service culture
• Support retail shop operations and ensure club cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with fitness and membership teams to maximize engagement

• Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to anticipate member needs and provide solutions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of fitness programs and services is a plus
