CID​/Call Center Agent - Ritz-Carlton Grand Canal

Responsibilities

• Answer, record, log, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns
• Operate telephone switchboard station
• Process guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, and conference calls
• Monitor busy or unanswered lines and update callers on status
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and legibly
• Instruct guests on how to access the internet
• Test communications equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
• Ability to move, lift, or carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds
• Proficiency in using computers and/or POS systems
