Help Desk Operator Arabic & English Speaker

We are urgently hiring a professional Male Help Desk Operator for a temporary project 1 Month for a construction based client in Abu Dhabi UAE. The ideal candidate must communicate effectively in both Arabic and English and have good customer service, computer and administrative skills. The successful candidate will handle help desk enquiries, record service requests, coordinate with relevant teams, follow up on reported issues and maintain accurate records.

Only candidates available for immediate mobilisation will be considered.

• Receive and respond to help desk calls, enquiries and service requests.
• Communicate professionally with users in Arabic and English.
• Log complaints, incidents and service requests accurately.
• Coordinate reported issues with relevant site or technical teams.
• Follow up on open requests and provide status updates.
• Maintain accurate help desk records and daily logs.
• Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Provide professional customer service and assistance.
• Support basic administrative and reporting activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of project and user information.

• Male candidates only. Arabic and English communication skills are mandatory.
• Previous experience as a Help Desk Operator, Customer Service Representative, Call Centre Agent, Receptionist, or similar role preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office and email.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to accurately record and follow up on service requests.
• Professional, organised, and able to work under pressure.
• Must be available for immediate joining/mobilization.
• Must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
