The Member Service is the first point of contact for every client, prospect, and visitor at Platform Studios, reporting directly to the Studio Manager, the Studio Host turns walk-ins, enquiries, and client touchpoints into trial bookings, while delivering the warm, premium experience that builds long-term client loyalty. the Studio Host ensures every interaction supports client experience and satisfaction, retention, and studio revenue.

• Client Welcome & Service
  
  Experience:
  
  Greet every client, guest, and visitor with a warm, professional, brand-aligned welcome that reflects Platform’s premium boutique positioning, from arrival to departure.
• Studio Presentation:
  Maintain an immaculate, organized, and welcoming reception, lounge, and studio floor at all times, in line with Platform’s brand and ambience standards.
• Health, Safety & Hygiene:
  Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the front-of-house.
• Opening & Closing:
  Open and/or close the studio in line with operational checklists and security procedures.

• Client-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, with the ability to anticipate client needs and consistently go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for studio cleanliness, presentation, and ambience, ensuring the space consistently meets Platform Studios' brand requirements.
• Adaptability:
  Able to manage a fast-paced, ever-changing studio environment with composure, flexibility, and professionalism — including peak periods and client escalations.
• Behaviour & Team Relations:
  Maintains a positive, respectful, and supportive attitude with colleagues and management, contributing to a collaborative team culture and reflecting club values both with clients and behind the scenes.
• Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality.
