Customer Experience Manager

We are looking for a professional, customer-focused, and motivated Customer Experience Manager to oversee customer service activities and improve the overall customer journey. The successful candidate will help maintain high service standards, build strong customer relationships, resolve customer concerns, and work with different departments to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Key Responsibilities Oversee daily customer experience and service operations
• Develop and maintain customer service standards and procedures
• Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and satisfaction levels
• Handle customer complaints, escalations, and complex service issues professionally
• Ensure customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Supervise, guide, and support customer service team members
• Provide training and coaching to improve communication and service quality
• Monitor customer interactions and ensure consistent service standards
• Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to resolve customer issues
• Develop initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention
• Prepare reports on customer feedback, complaints, and service performance
• Maintain accurate customer records and protect confidential information
• Review service procedures and recommend improvements to management
• Support customer loyalty programs, surveys, and engagement activities
• Monitor service performance and follow up on unresolved cases
• Ensure company policies and customer service guidelines are followed
• Perform other duties assigned by management
• Requirements Fresh graduates and candidates without prior management experience are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or operations is an advantage but not required
