Receptionist, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

The Salon Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing appointments, and supporting smooth front-desk operations. The role ensures a welcoming salon environment, efficient scheduling, accurate records, and effective coordination between clients and salon staff.

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
• Answer phone calls, Whats App messages, and inquiries professionally.
• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and walk-ins.
• Handle client concerns or complaints and escalation when necessary.

• Coordinate schedules for stylists, beauticians, nail technicians, and therapists.
• Ensure smooth client flow and minimize waiting time.
• Communicate appointments and special requests clearly to salon staff.

• Process billing, payments, and receipts accurately.
• Maintain client records, appointment logs, and service history.
• Support daily cash handling and closing procedures as required.

• Inform clients about salon services, packages, promotions and memberships.
• Support retail sales by recommending products and services when appropriate.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Coordinate with the salon supervisor/manager for daily operational needs.
• Assist with basic inventory tracking and administrative tasks.
