• Conduct thorough dental examinations and accurately diagnose dental issues in children.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's oral health status and needs.
• Perform various dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and preventive care techniques.
• Educate children and their families on maintaining oral health and proper hygiene habits.
• Implement behavior management strategies to create a comfortable dental experience.
• Monitor the growth and development of children's teeth and jaws and recommend orthodontic referrals as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other dental and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Stay updated with developments in the field of pediatric dentistry through continuing education and training.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree.
• Completion of a residency in Pediatric Dentistry.
• Active state license to practice dentistry.
• Experience in a pediatric dental clinic is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with children and families.
• Empathy and patience in addressing the unique needs of young patients.
• Thorough understanding of pediatric dental techniques and standards of care.
