THE ROLE
A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its root canal therapy, dental pain management and microsurgical endodontics services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Endodontist to join its growing clinical team. The role is designed for internationally trained Endodontists seeking career advancement, strong clinical exposure, and the ability to practice within a modern, quality-driven dental healthcare environment serving a diverse international patient population.

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced dental consultants, restorative dentists, prosthodontists, periodontists, oral surgeons, dental nurses and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Diagnose and manage pulpal, periapical, endodontic and dental pain conditions.
- Perform root canal treatment, endodontic retreatment, apical surgery and trauma-related endodontic care according to scope.
- Provide advanced endodontic treatment including complex root canal therapy and microsurgical endodontics where appropriate.
- Use dental operating microscopes, magnification, CBCT, rotary and reciprocating systems and modern endodontic techniques where available.
- Assess cracked teeth, dental trauma, failed root canal treatments and periapical pathology and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Collaborate with restorative dentists, prosthodontists, periodontists and oral surgeons for comprehensive dental treatment plans.
- Counsel patients on prognosis, treatment options, risks, maintenance and follow-up.
- Maintain infection control, radiographic safety, informed consent and accurate clinical documentation standards.
- Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Recognised specialist qualification in Endodontics
- MDS / DClinDent / MSc Endodontics with specialist registration where applicable
- American Board of Endodontics or equivalent
- Royal College dental fellowship where applicable
- Australian / Canadian specialist recognition where applicable
- Arab Board or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
