** The Role
** We are seeking an accomplished
** Regional Landscape Architecture Lead (Middle East)
** to drive the strategic, creative, and operational direction of our Landscape Architecture practice from our Abu Dhabi design hub.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead regional strategy, market growth, and P&L performance for the Landscape Architecture division.
* Champion design excellence, sustainability, and innovation across all stages of project delivery.
* Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of landscape architects.
* Strengthen collaboration with Architecture, Urban Design, Planning, Engineering, and Environmental teams.
* Oversee project delivery, resource planning, design quality, and risk management.
* Engage with clients, government bodies, and industry stakeholders to secure and deliver major landscape/public realm projects.
** Key Qualifications and Experience
*** Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related discipline.
* Minimum 15 years of experience, including senior leadership roles in the Middle East.
* Proven portfolio in large-scale landscape and public realm projects.
* Strong commercial acumen, P&L experience, and business development capability.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
** Key Knowledge and Skills
*** Deep understanding of landscape design, sustainability principles, and public realm innovation.
* Strong awareness of regional market dynamics, client requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
* Expertise in managing multidisciplinary projects, from concept to delivery.
* High-level communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
* Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker with strong commercial awareness.
