KN International is looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Draftsman to support our architectural, landscape, infrastructure and engineering teamsby preparing high-quality technical drawings and documentation. The role involves translating design concepts and sketches into accurate 2D and 3

Ddrawings, ensuring they meet project requirements and local authoritystandards.

The Draftsman will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely and precise delivery of design packages for construction, tender, and authority submission.

• Prepare detailed architectural, infrastructure, structural, and landscape drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD tools.
• Develop and update plans, sections, elevations, details, and shop drawings as required.
• Convert concept designs and sketches into accurate technical drawings.
• Create presentation drawings and illustrative diagrams when needed.
• Coordinate with architects, landscape designers, MEP, infrastructure, and structural engineers to ensure drawing integration.
• Modify and update drawings based on feedback and markups from the design team or authorities.
• Assist in preparing drawings for authority submissions, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards (e.g., ADM, DMT, etc.).

• Ensure that all drawings adhere to company CAD standards, project specifications, and accuracy checks.
• Maintain drawing records, proper version control, and drawing logs.
• Cross-check dimensions, levels, and annotations for clarity and consistency.

• Assist in the preparation of tender and construction drawing packages.
• Support site teams with as-built drawings, drawing clarifications, and revisions.
• Provide input during design coordination meetings and technical workshops.

• Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresher and/or 3 years of experience as a Draftsman in an architectural, landscape, infrastructure or engineering consultancy.
• AutoCAD (advanced level)
• Microsoft Office and PDF mark-up tools
• Good knowledge of UAE authority standards and requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and organizational skills.
